We are pleased to announce the successful industrial visit by 45 Biotechnology students from B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai on Tuesday, 22nd October 2024. The students had an insightful tour of our facility, gaining valuable exposure to industry practices and the latest biotechnology innovations.
Industrial Visit
We are Happy to announce the successful completion of a 6-month training program on Bioprocess Engineering – Design and Operation of Bioprocess Equipment at ZETA Biosystem by our first Batch of Trainees. Over the course of six months, they gained valuable insights into the real-world functioning of a fully operational biopharmaceutical laboratory.
Training Programme
Our training program is designed to enhance participants’ expertise in bioprocess design through immersive, hands-on learning in a fully equipped biopharmaceutical lab. By integrating theoretical concepts with practical application, the program equips trainees with valuable experience in both manual and automated systems, effectively bridging the gap between academic study and real-world industry practices.
Industrial Training
Our comprehensive training program is crafted to advance participants’ understanding of bioprocess design through real-time, hands-on experience in a fully functional biopharmaceutical laboratory. By combining academic principles with industry-level applications, the program prepares trainees to confidently operate both manual and automated systems, equipping them with the practical skills required to thrive in real-world bioprocess environments.
Industrial Training
ZETA Biosystem’s “Experience Centre” aims to strengthen the biopharmaceutical community by developing talent. The training facility provides hands-on instruction in a cleanroom environment, teaching participants to operate process equipment both manually and automatically with Controlled Conditions.
Experience Center
Biotree has Acquired a new manufacturing facility in T.Begur, Factory II. Which has spread across 1 Acre in which 25,000 Square Feet in exclusively for Manufacturing. This Factory has also certified for ASME vessel manufacturing.
New Factory
Biotree has launched a Dual Volume Bioreactor (10L and 50L) at CPHI-India, 2019, that aims at process optimization from pilot scale to production. As a twofer system, it reduces the investment cost by nearly 50% while maintaining productivity
